RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Serve and assist with all meals served in the Employee Heartland
? Set up the different meal items for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
? Replenish meals item as required
? Maintain a safe work environment and proper food and supply storage
? Ensures cafeteria area is clean at all times (ie: tables, walls, machines, etc)
? Maintain proper operation and control of meals
? Helps Kitchen during slow times
? Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Excellent organizational skills
? Self motivated
? Good interpersonal skills; friendly disposition
? High energy level and an ability to work well in a unsupervised environment
? Must be a team-player
? Able to work varying shifts
? Must be capable of multi-tasking
? Must be health and safety conscious
? Must be passionate about pursuing a balanced mountain lifestyle and dedicated to Sharing the Adventure with co-workers and guests
