The Delta Lodge at Kananaskis is a newly renovated, 412 room resort property located in the Canadian Rockies catering to group, tour, and transient business in the First Class brand.

Qualifications:
-Monitor and supervise Housekeeping staff
-Ensure that hotel areas are properly cleaned and maintained, exceeding our guests expectations, while adhering to hotel standards and operating in a cost efficient manner
-Provide effective training, follow up, support and coaching for all staff under their supervision
-Maintain required productivity levels
-Ensure that a healthy and safe working environment is maintained
-Ensure that our environmental initiatives are being maintained
-Performance management of employees
-Must be able to lead a young workforce
Requirements:
-Diploma or degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management
-Previous supervisory experience required
-Must be energetic and highly motivated
-Strong team player
-Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills and communication skills.
-Must be passionate about pursuing a balanced mountain lifestyle and dedicated to Sharing the Adventure with co-workers and guests
