Want to be in the fresh, mountain air for the summer?
This position is tailored to those looking for an opportunity to work outdoors and away from the city. Tasks are varied and diverse and each day you will learn to handle new challenges. Living on site, the RiverBase Manager will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the RiverBase facility as well as assisting in the smooth operation of the rafting trips. Duties include preparation for rafting trips, vehicle preparation, cleaning, light general maintenance (painting, etc.) & guest registration, customer service, trip sales and operating the retail shop. As well as being keen to work with our guests one on one, you must be self-motivated and able to work both by yourself and in a team environment.
You will also be required to drive shuttles when necessary, as take trip photos. Clean drivers license required.

? Responsible, mature, self-starter
? Likes variety in his or her position
? Flexible (changes may happen quickly and often through the course of a day!)
? Very good with people, both staff and guests
? Have a basic knowledge of vehicles.
? Thorough, honest and trustworthy
? Creative problem solver - must be resourceful
? Extremely reliable
? Enjoys time on his/her own - doesn?t always need to be in a group
? Prefers living in a rural setting, among nature, than living in a town
