Job Description:
The first thing our guests see when they walk through our doors is the hostess/host. This first impression is pivotal to the whole Moxies experience. This position requires a stellar personality with a great smile. A hostess/host must be able to handle pressure and more importantly work through it with a smile.
Role:

? Table determination, guest flow
? Taking care of guests who are waiting
? Creating anticipation

? Cleaning and maintenance

Duties:
? Cleanliness and organization of station and entrance
? Immediacy and sincerity of greeting
? Ability to keep waiting guests relaxed and informed
? Ability to build a floor smoothly
? Introduced featured items are being purchased
? Ability to catch and handle complaints and compliments
? Ability to remain smiling and positive under pressure
