Guest Services Director
Highly motivated, energetic individual required. Reporting directly to the Social Director, the job involves overseeing our Guest Services Department. You will be the immediate supervisor for 3 staff members. In addition to the responsibilities of a Guest Services Associate, the Guest Services Director will also be responsible for weekly schedules, creating resort information binders for Guest Services staff and following up with any/all issues. Customer service experience and an extremely outgoing, friendly personality are mandatory. Minimum dates involved (on-site) are June ? September with preparation work required in advance. 6 days per week, day shifts with night duties, 50 ? 60 hours per week.
